AnnotateIt on Docker
A self-hosted container image is on the roadmap. It is not ready to download yet.
What we are working on
The plan is a container image that runs the same local-first AnnotateIt product on your own infrastructure — for teams whose data cannot leave their network, and for air-gapped or on-premise environments.
It is in active development and has no release date yet. There is nothing to download today, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a placeholder image that does not work.
Need Docker for your team?
Tell us what your deployment looks like — infrastructure, scale, and whether it has to run fully offline. It genuinely shapes what we build first, and we will let you know as soon as there is an image to test.

Available today
Windows and macOS run the full annotation and dataset workflow offline, with no account and no server. Both packaged desktop apps offer CPU/fallback engines. Both also offer WebGPU-gated models with a working adapter, as do compatible desktop browsers.
