The libheif and libde265 versions above follow the heic-to 1.5.2 upstream
release/build documentation. The application uses the self-contained CSP
build (ASM.js; USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0, USE_WASM=0), not a remotely fetched codec.
The complete upstream source/build recipes preserve any upstream adaptations
needed to reproduce that build; no AnnotateIt changes were made to these
third-party library sources.
